This was our first time working with Jane Beyersdoerfer at Travel Leaders. Everything was super smooth. Jane was quick to respond and meet with us during all stages of planning. We were set for a good trip. Then COVID happened and there went our trip. Coordinating through Jane made refunds and reorganizing of the trip equally as smooth. We will be back with Jane as soon as COVID is under control.

50th Wedding Anniversary Cruise
Jan was very helpful is assisting us with planning our 1st cruise which was to celebrate or 50th Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately the Covid -19 Pandemic created a proble for us and our trip. Jane did an excellent job of working through this problem and she was eventually was able to work with the Princess Cruise line to get us a full credit towards another trip after being on hold with the company for more than
3 1/2 hours. I would recommend that everyone work with Jane when booking a trip, Her attention to details make a big difference!

we couldn't go on our trip because of Covid - 19
I worked with Jane on putting together a trip to Los Cabos with 2 other couples. Jane was very professional. Jane was very responsive to my questions.

Working with Jane for over 20 years has brought a very personal relationship. She knows and remembers flights we like, the seats on the plane we like, the type of rooms we like! It's so nice working with someone that knows us and develops that personal relationship to make sure all our vacations are the best!!!
